How We Work — Your Order Journey

Step 2 — Order Confirmation. Once you approve the proforma invoice, production begins. A 30% T/T deposit is standard. Your account manager sends weekly production updates with photos.

Step 3 — Quality Control. Before shipment, our QC team conducts a comprehensive inspection: engine start-up test, hydraulic system check, brake performance test, exterior paint and weld inspection, tire and axle verification. Inspection photos and videos are shared with you for approval.

We welcome international buyers to visit our headquarters and partner factories in Shandong Province. Our office is located at Shangang Xintiandi Plaza, High-tech Zone, Jinan, Shandong, China. Partner production facilities (Sinotruk, Shacman, Foton) are within 2-3 hours' drive.

We provide airport pickup from Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport (TNA), hotel recommendations, factory tours, and live product demonstrations. Virtual factory tours via video call are available for buyers who cannot travel. Business visa invitation letters provided on request.
